The Pro Outdoor Gear 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. We offer you, our customer, the best overall service, value and products available.  Our goal is to reward your patronage with an easy, safe and stress free way to shop online. If at any time before, during, or after the buying process you are not satisfied with your product, service, price… or just think you made a mistake with your purchase, there are no worries. With our Hassle-Free Return Policy we will gladly take that item back and help you any way we can!   Simply give us a call, or email and we’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization out to you. It’s that easy!

Exchanges:

All items returned to us new, not washed or laundered, and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing with the original tags on the items. Only the first exchange is free. Customer pays for shipping back to Pro Outdoor Gear, and we will ship the exchanged item back.

If you return an item that has been used and/or damaged in any way, Pro Outdoor Gear reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a 15% restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see below).

Refunds:

If you request a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be issued much more quickly. If at any time you have questions about the status of your refund, please contact us by email or toll free 800-957-2413.

Time Period:

All returns and exchanges must be received by Pro Outdoor Gear within 60 days of shipment to you.

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • Gift certificates and Gift cards
  • All clearance items

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

All items sold by Pro Outdoor Gear are shipped in their original factory packaging as supplied by the manufacturer/distributor. Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original manufacturer's packaging, unassembled and in the same condition as sold, including any instructions and/or documentation, attached tags, etc.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. To request an RMA number please go our Contact Us and send an email requesting an RMA number.

Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to Pro Outdoor Gear. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. (In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.)

Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) days business days from the date that the RMA# is issued, or within 60 days from the date the original item was shipped to you, whichever is sooner.
